| | Requirements: | Qualifications:
„« Must be College Level and HRM Course is preferred or equivalent.
„« With pleasing personality and not more than 35 years of age.
„« Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurants trading area.
„« Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 3 years of Front-of-The-House operations and/or Assistant Management positions.
„« Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a Cash Register or POS System.
„« Be able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
„« Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
Basic Salary Range:
„« From 2,000 ¡V 4,000 Saudi Riyals
„« The above-mentioned salary range will also base on his qualifications, experience and the final interview.

„« Handling general complaints rose.
„« Scheduling and handling inventory.
„« Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly.
„« Recruiting and interviewing potential employees.
„« Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company.
„« Effective merchandizing.
„« Managing deliveries
„« Organizing promotions.
„« Ensure good team delivery of customer service.
„« Meeting operational expectations.
„« Maintaining high quality standards.
„« Serving customers
„« Motivating staff members and offering incentives when possible.
„« Using commercial skills to reach desired sales records and handling of the budget.
