| | Requirements: | Restaurant Manager ‘V Dining Restaurant / Fast Food
Qualifications:
« Bachelors of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is desirable or equivalent.
« At least 3-4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager to any Fast Food or Fine Dining Restaurant.
« With pleasing personality and not more than 40 years of age.
« Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff.
« Pleasant, polite manner for dealing with public as well as staff.
Basic Salary Range:
« From 3,000 ‘V 5,000 Saudi Riyals
« The above-mentioned salary range will also base on his qualifications, experience and the final interview.
Activities / Responsibilities
Typical work activities vary depending on the type of restaurant, but usually include:
« Taking responsibilities for the business performance of the restaurant
« Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
« Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
« Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
« Creating budgets and / or agreeing them with senior management.
« Planning and coordinating menus.
« Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
« Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
« Responding to customer complaints.
« Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company‘¦s uniform standards
« Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
« Advising customers on menu and drink choice.
« Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
« Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
« Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
« Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
« Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
« Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
