Requirements:
Area Manager

Qualifications:
„« Minimum experience of at least 3 years as Area Manager or similar job.
„« College Graduate of a Bachelorˇ¦s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM) or equivalent.
„« Experience in International Restaurant is preferred.
„« Must be computer literate.
„« Fluent in English and Basic Arabic language.
„« Not more than 45 years of age.

Basic Salary Range:
„« From 4,000 ˇV 6,000 Saudi Riyals
„« The above-mentioned salary range will also base on his qualifications, experience and the final interview.

Activities / Responsibilities
„« Overseeing the opening of the new restaurants.
„« Motivating and supporting restaurant managers with specific issues, such as staffing and business management.
„« Implementing the companyˇ¦s business development strategies with the outlets in their area.
„« Acting as a link between Head Office and Restaurant Managers
„« Standardizing systems and policies within outlets to meet the companyˇ¦s overall style or image.
„« Reporting to Head Office on a regular basis on business developments and challenges in their area.
