SUMMARY :
This position requires a highly experienced senior level architect ! interior designer with a Bachelor of Architecture !Interior design degree from an accredited school or college of fine arts or university.
The incumbent shall have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architecture! interior design of hospitals etc, of which 5 years shall be as project architect! interior designer on significant projects covering a wide variety of buildings including town and community planning. The experience required shall include at least 3 years of supervisory and!or managerial responsibilities of an architectural! interior design department or organization. Familiarity with U.S., European and Saudi Arabian Standards and Codes is required for this position.
* Bachelor in Architectural design
* Minimum (8) Years Experience in Architectural Design
* Ten (10) years of experience in Architectural design (including conceptual
design, design development, and workshop drawings) of which (5) years included direct responsibilities as a project engineer.
Essential:
Language: The incumbent shall have an excellent knowledge in English language
Computer skills: The incumbent shall be skilled in :
i. autodesk AUTOCAD ( up to version 2010 )
ii. autodesk 3DSMAX ( modeling & rendering)
iii. adobe Photoshop.
iv. Microsoft Office (word - excel- power point)
Desirable:
Language: good knowledge in Arabic language.
Computer skills:
i. autodesk Revit.
ii. autodesk 3DSMAX ( animation)
iii. autodesk 3DSMAX special plug-ins (VRAY - FINALRENDER - BRAZIL-... etc)
