Job Summary:
The new Construction Manager will be in charge to manage multi discipline construction activities related to civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and biomedical, working on general building construction projects all over Saudi Arabia. Each project electromechanical site engineers will be assembled, and for each project there shall be a civil site engineer acting as a Construction Manager to step in and take charge of the project. Main attributes looked for in the new Construction Manager are shown later in the duties and responsibilities part.
* Bachelor in Architectural
Professional Experience
* Graduation from college with a bachelor's degree in Architect Engineering.
* Minimum of (5) years experiences in general building constructions with a profitable organization.
* Must have excellent experience in computer software at least MS Office.
* The candidate has a Decision Maker Skills and has a good communication skill.
* Can work in hard climate.
* Can work with a team.
* Be able to do the duties and responsibilities which mentioned in point (3).
* Be able to read and understand drawings and able to read and manage the Project Management Time Plan.
* The candidate should have knowledge of Risk Management and about the risks which might be generated at site via any unexpected events or via contractor works.
* Be able to write a technical report by using proper computer software to help in presenting report.
