* Bachelor in Architectural design
* Minimum (8) Years Experience in Architectural Design
* Ten (10) years of experience in Architectural design (including conceptual design, design development, and workshop drawings) of which (6) years included direct responsibilities as a project engineer.

Language: The incumbent shall have an excellent knowledge in English language (
spoken & written).
Computer skills: The incumbent shall be skilled in :
i. autodesk AUTOCAD ( up to version 2010 )
ii. autodesk 3DSMAX ( modeling & rendering)
iii. adobe Photoshop.
iv. Microsoft Office ( word - excel - power point)
Desirable:
Language: good knowledge in Arabic language.
Computer skills:
autodesk Revit.
autodesk 3DSMAX (animation)
autodesk 3DSMAX special plug-ins (VRAY - FINALRENDER - BRAZIL-... etc)

SUMMARY
This position requires a highly experienced and well qualified professional registered .Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited school of architecture. The incumbent shall have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Architectural design (including conceptual design, design development, and workshop drawings) of which 5 years shall have included direct responsibilities for the design of significant projects covering a wide variety of buildings and housing development. Familiarity with U.S., European and Saudi Arabian Standards and Codes is required for this position. |
